Artichoke and Baby Spinach Dip- Parmesan, cream cheese and roasted garlic blended with artichoke hearts and fresh baby spinach, baked in our wood-fired oven, served with homemade flatbread.  

Smoked Wild Salmon- House smoked Sockeye salmon, served with double cream brie, roasted garlic and homemade flatbread.  

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno's- Fire roasted, stuffed with cream cheese and wrapped with apple smoked bacon, pan seared in our wood fired oven. Served with Denny's homemade chipotle aioli sauce.  

Fire Roasted Manila Clams- Fire roasted in a plum tomato, garlic-wine reduction, finished with green onions and lemon. Served with homemade flat bread.  

Cajun Shrimp-  Six large prawns- slowly simmered in a spicy Cajun sauce, baked in our wood fired oven. Served with homemade flat bread.

Dungeness Crab Mac and Cheese- Large rigatoni noodles tossed with seven gourmet cheeses in a creamy alfredo sauce, topped with panko bread crumbs and baked in our woodfired oven. Served with flat bread. 

Denny's Chicken Wings- Six jumbo chicken wings, slowly roasted in our wood fired oven, with your choice of homemade finger-lickin' barbeque or buffalo sauce.

Salads

*Blackened Salmon Caesar- Denny's homemade Caesar topped with a 6 oz Sockeye salmon filet, rubbed with our house made blend of Cajun spices and pan seared in our wood fired oven. Served with flat bread.

*Full Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, topped with Denny’s homemade Caesar dressing and served with flatbread.

*Wildfire Rib Eye – 16 oz Certified Angus Beef frenched bone-in rib-eye steak, hand rubbed with house seasoning, char-broiled and finished in our wood-fired oven.  Served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and fire roasted vegetables.

*Char Broiled Sirloin – 8 oz Certified Angus beef “baseball-cut” steak, hand rubbed with our house seasoning, char-broiled, and finished in our wood-fired oven. Served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and fire roasted vegetables.

*Filet Mignon – 8 oz Certified USDA choice hand-cut filet, seasoned with house made Kona coffee rub, char-broiled and finished in our wood-fired oven. Served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and fire roasted vegetables.

Pan-Seared Pork Tenderloin – Deglazed with a port wine golden fig reduction, served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and fire roasted vegetables.

Wildfire Short Rib –A 16 oz double frenched beef osso bucco, slow roasted, finished in our wood-fired oven, glazed with Denny’s spicy BBQ sauce.  Served with Yukon Gold smashed potatoes and fire roasted vegetables.

Fire-Roasted Chicken – Marinated fire-roasted chicken seasoned with rosemary-lemon oil. Served with our house risotto and fire roasted vegetables.

Cedar Planked Seafood Platter – Large prawns, sea scallops, wild salmon, clams and halibut, fire-roasted with butter, white wine and lemon. Served with our house risotto and fire roasted vegetables.

Smoked Salmon Linguine – Sauteed roasted garlic, shallots, spinach, roasted red peppers, capers, and wild smoked salmon, deglazed with lemon and white wine. 

Roasted Garlic Linguine – Creamy garlic alfredo sauce, mixed with fire roasted vegetables, topped with fresh hand-grated parmesan cheese.
